Materials That You Need to Make Vegan Cupcakes
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups almond milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coconut oil, warmed until liquid
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation of Vegan Cupcake
Start with pre heat oven to 350 degrees F . Take two 12 cup muffin pans and Grease it.
Add the vinegar into 2 cup measuring cup. Add the almond milk to complete it to 1 1/2 cups. Wait approximately 5 minutes to curdled.
Take flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl and start whisking.
Take another mixing bowl and add almond milk mixture, coconut oil and vanilla, whisk them togetker well.
Pour this mixture of wet ingredients into dry ingredients. And mix all of them well. Divide this batter to prepared cups equally with the help of a spoon.
Bake this vegan cupcakes for 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven. Then leave it for cooling. Take this vegan cupcakes on service plate that you want to use. Frost with the frosting as you want.
