1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup soy milk
Egg replacer for 2 eggs
2 tbsp vegan margarine

Pre heat oven to 400C and grease the muffin pan to prevent muffins stick from the base.
Take all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
