Mexican Tortilla Soup

For Six Portions

• 3 cups vegetable broth
• 2 cups water
• 10 day-old corn tortillas
• 3 ripe tomato plants, chopped
• 1/2 cup orzo pasta or cooked grain
• 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic clove cloves, chopped
• 2 eco-friendly chili all kinds of peppers, chopped (optional)
• 3 tbsps salt (in order to taste)
• 2 tbsps pepper
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon essential olive oil
• Juice of two limes
• Diced avocado for garnish

Method:
• Inside a large soup pot, add some essential olive oil, let’s eat some onions and garlic clove and saute for five minutes before the onion starts to look translucent.
• Add some broth, water, tomato plants, salt, pepper, cilantro, and cumin and simmer for ten minutes.
• Even though it is being applied, chop your tortillas into fine strips. This enables these to prepare faster.
• Add some orzo pasta and tortillas and simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, or before the pasta is al dente.
• When the pasta is cooked, and also the tortillas have divided, the soup is able to serve. (You might want to wait ten minutes before becoming fresh soup is extremely hot).
• Garnish with cubed avocado and fresh lime juice.
