1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup soy milk
Egg replacer for 2 eggs
2 tbsp vegan margarine

Preparation of Vegan Cornbread Muffin Recipe

Pre heat oven to 400C and grease the muffin pan to prevent muffins stick from the base.

Take all the dry ingredients into a bowl.

Take another bowl and add soy milk and egg replacer, mix 2 of the. After mixing add dry ingredients that you have prepared before on them. And finally add vegan margarine and mix until blended.
